The Buddy club P-1 Racing QF is our flagship rim. Unlike many aftermarket rims which are cast, the QF is forged, this means it's ultra strong and super light weight.

In motor sport competition, every fraction of a second counts and in order to build a faster car, great attention to detail is addressed towards ensuring that each component is as light-weight as possible. Reducing the weight of your wheels is even more important as what you're effectively doing is reducing the unsprung weight of your vehicle.

The unsprung weight is the mass of the suspension, wheels and other components directly connected to them, rather than supported by the suspension. A lighter wheel which readily moves in response to road bumps will have more grip when tracking over an imperfect road. For this reason, lighter wheels are often sought for high-performance applications.

The Buddy Club P-1 Racing QF wheel utilises a unique forging technology that doesn't compromise strength and rigidity for a light-weight design. The letters "QF" stands for "Qualified First", otherwise also known as "Qualifier" wheels which we use for qualifying, time attacks and racing on all of our race cars.
